WELCOME TO ESEUSA Electrical Specialties Etc.-USA is a company that is devoted to addressing the many issues that accompany a construction project. The company was created seven years ago after recognizing a notable decrease in the quality and workmanship as well as an increase in the level of confusion throughout the projects. I researched these problems at length, only to find an overall poor work ethic, a lack of communication, as well as the inability to perceive the "BIG PICTURE".
Now, take these three situations and combine them with small everyday problems that typically occur throughout a construction project. What you have is the outline of a disaster waiting to happen. Unfortunately, I'm not through yet. Let's go ahead and say, just for the sake of argument, that the owner and the architect do not effectively communicate with the engineer. The blueprints are then drawn-up and bid packages distributed to the General Contractors for pricing. Now, the pricing has come back and you have let the contract. You are ready to begin, right? Wrong, this is probably one of the worst things that could happen. You will be ready to start the project, or in the middle of it, when someone brings to your attention some area of the project that will not physically work. Now, let's again enhance the equation with an insufficent design and all the problems that are associated with it. Someone will have to chose to bear the burden and except the additional expense for unnecessary funding to compensate for low productivity and/or additional job scope. All to often there is no other answer, and here is where the fun begins!!!
Since our inception, Electrical Specialties Etc.-USA has to date, chosen to specialize in IT Systems development, expansion, and repair. We have surrounded ourselves with the latest and the very best of technology and technique in the areas concerned with Disaster Recovery, Life Safety, Fiber Optics, TeleCommmunciations, and Data Distribution. We also consider consulting (on an informal basis) part of the job!
FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION
